For the prices I'm just going off the latest on thier website. As for UBR yes we might be going to the same UBR as a residential customer but do you know for a fact that the routing once it gets inside that UBR is the same as for residential customers???? It's not as every cable point within a UBR has to go through the same gateway to get to the internet and some could be prioritised more than others or simply on gateways with less users (hence a lower contention ratio)

Perhaps if you post your ident string (minus the Ip bit) and also the gateway IP it can then be compared with residential details.
