I was speaking to someone within NTL:Telewest the other day and they confirmed it was £27 for the broadband and £13 for the telephone line (which would make sense).
There is no QOS on the cable network, hence why they use the STM for consumers (hard limit as opposed to dynamic with QOS). If there is no QOS how can they offer us business users a higher level of service?
We are on exactly the same UBR’s as consumers.
