We have business broadband and can confirm you will be on the exact same contention ratio as home users; business cable users are not given any soft of preferential treatment on the network.

I'm not sure however about the STM as we do not download allot.

The broadband is actually Â£27 (Â£10 extra for static IP's assigned by DHCP) and the landline Â£13 per month, however you have to take both.
