Found another forum thread with the
adsld.dll infection.
Their solution was to run '
Combofix'.
I will be honest and say I've never seen that tool before but I would print and read the whole Combofix page and then visit one of the specialist forums such as the first link.
The other way I would do it would be a Linux live CD, but not for the faint-hearted
