Well, from my experience NTL/VM are the best that I have been with, speeds as paid for, the rare fault fixed quickly, so it's not all one sided. When I was dissatisfied with previous ISPs I ditched them, seems odd that so many seem to stay with NTL/VM when the service is so bad.
