I suppose you're more likely to post to this forum if you have a problem than if you have good service so I guess the amount of negative BB comments on here, reflect the low percentage of people that VM are still to resegment. Rather than the overall average service levels being bad.
Employees were informed by the Networks MD last week, after a question related to service issues, that 93% of customers are peaking at their maximum download rate even at busy periods, according to metrics as monitored by the network equipment. I guess we just don't hear much from the 93% on Cable Forum.
