I'll start to belive that Virgin are rubbish when Customers stop saying I'm more than happy with the service but I can get it from X at X price and I'd be daft to stay and start giving poor service as reasons they want to leave. (obviously I do get some people saying that but I'd say it was 1 or 2 in every 30 calls) The biggest cause of disconnections that are fault related are because of the TV not BBI
Virgins biggest problem is price when compared to the free privoiders.
