Ha Ha Ha, I find it quite funny that Tesco are ahead when its Virgin that provide the service. Just rebranded as Tesco.

Of the people in my office (IT Support team) 4 of us have Virgin with only 1 being satisfied! The rest of us all think they are the worst ISP not only from a speed but a cost and support point of view.

Well if thats the case why are you still with them? They can't be that bad can they. You can't even use the excuse that your in contract becuase they will waive it for poor service as long as you've given then a resonalble chance to sort the problem.
