Yeah, but Poser, etc have changed hands umpteen times over the years, whereas I could have sworn Roman [Caligari's former CEO - I assume he just gets called a head of department now] said at 1 point that he wouldn't sell out.
If the company was in trouble & he had no choice, then fair enough, but if he did it just for the money then I think it's a damn shame.
