The 'raw' line rental is indeed going up but if you pay by DD and have paperless billing, it will still be £10.50. That includes Option 2 with the renewable contract which gives Evening and Weekend calls free and also 100 free texts per month. They're increasing the paperless discount from 0.50 to 1.25 to even out the 0.75 increase in line rental.
