I havn't a clue what KIS is, however I often had problems when downloading and installing when I had Spyware Doctor installed.Eventually the suppliers of Spyware Doctor acknowledge it couldn't tell good from bad and advised turning off the ONguard feature whilst downloading and installing.
If from the Logitech site, I would expect it to be a false positive in all honesty.
Overenthusiastic antivirus apps are common enough, according to the write-ups in the computer comics.
