That's completely unacceptable.

BroadBand is the only service that VM provide that stands a chance of being worth having.

I applaud your patience with them but think it is misguided.

I think we both know where you can go for a first class TV service that just works and where you can go for a phone service that just works.

It's never a good idea to put all your eggs in one basket because that Company has you by the short and curlies as you are finding to your cost.

Good Luck with whatever course of action you decide on.
