hey all i am due to get the virgin media services installed this thursday and have gone for the TV(XL)/Phone/BB(20mb).

Just want to know the following..

1. does VM supply a handset for the phone service and what type is it?

2. can any fixed phone work with VM or is cable different?

2.the TV box, what make is it?

sorry for the silly questions but ive had sky and ADSL since forever.
