A big thank you to Darryl for doing a sterling job this morning installing my cable modem and phone line, he was on the ball regarding time, he phoned me up at 7.45am asking if it was ok to come and install it? The earlier the better for me I said, when he got here he did a cracking job no mess no nothing, he left me all the details of how to install the modem, (even though I've been on NTL for ages at my old address)
nothing was to much trouble for him. If all installers were like Darryl Virgin Media would rock.
