seeing as there is no sla, i'd expect VM to only be checking for outages as thats all they would be countable for. there is no sla for packet loss / slow speeds and so i doubt (and wouldnt expect VM to) monitor the customers connections for packet loss etc and would rely on the customer reporting it. i assume you have reported it (newsgroups is the best way)?
for the record, the people in here reporting bad pings is a tiny tiny tiny amount of the total customers so it seems that can deliver most of the time

just do a normal copy n paste, if its from cmd prompt, right click, select mark then click and hold left mouse button for the top left of the selection area, then move to the bottom right of the are you want selecting (should see a white rectangle appear), then let of the left mouse button when happy with selection area and click with the right button, then paste into a post
