My ping over the last couple of days has been sky high (for me) normally 19-29 but last few days it has been just under the hundred

I only play CSS online and have noticed noises missing and such like grenades and even gunshots not making sounds. At first thought it was the warserver that i normally play but when i tried another it was the same. I went to speedtest .net and was only getting 539 mb/s from my normally rock solid 4mb connection. It is now back to 3945 mb/s, to think i was toying with the idea of going to 20mb connection

. At the moment i connect using a STB and the idea of putting a modem in the loop put me off especially with the horror stories on here. Oh well back up to speed now and long may it continue.
