The lag is doing my head in - this was a great find and pretty good for a freebie but I'm close to returning to Nod32.

If you think the warning/punishment was set for the wrong reason feel free to let me (or another team member) know in PM, but please make sure you understand the reason it was sent and read the rules beforehand. I'm human and as such I can make mistakes, but to convince me you are right usually it takes proof. If you contact me just with excuses expect things to get worse.
And please no overreacting, a warning on a website isn't the end of the world, is it?
