Hope you have a backup system sorted out, if not try bqbackup they seem fairly reasonable priced and i've always had good service from them

Personally I find Taking a full account backup weekly/monthly and also (space permitting) a daily copy of /home and /var/lib/mysql to be quite useful I find using RSYNC over an SSH connection is quite a good way to transfer them offsite since after the initial transfer Rsync only needs to send changes which saves a LOT of bandwidth.

Id certainly as a minimum take a backup monthly and save it to an offsite location (even if you download it to your home pc)
