Yes.
The best, though not necessarily most cost effective, way of doing this is to hire a few "technicians" / "installers" from
Aegis. Get them to do a site survey and, providing the results are positive, have them invade / occupy a small part of Turkey with good satellite reception.
Remember to contact the UN about a wayleave agreement first.
