Hi thanks for the reply.

I don't see anywhere on the bundle T&C that you are excluded from any offers in the future.

I am an existing customer, who recieved a direct mail offer to upgrade, with no special terms or strings attached, and they just refuse it.

I tried to do it online, but the installation charge is listed as £150 for V+ when you do it this way.. If you can see a £75 install charge could you point it out to me? I must have missed that section or entered that page without applying the offer
