Seeing that Cutwail seems to be readily recognised on the web and there are lots of software programs claimimg to disinfect it; Why does my Virgin PC Guard not also pick it up and get shut of the irritatating little sod?

Those of us on Virgin are paying monthly for an up-to-date anti-virus system. Are Virgin really so out of date & touch.
