Haven't used either, but from what I can see they've both received mixed reviews.

A quick Google showed up a couple of links where some people are describing good experiences, and some describing very bad ones.

You're probably going to get more people recommending different products than you are reviews of these two programs, I suspect that's because there are more popular/efficient/well known products out there are the moment.
