Squirrels,
My neighbour has a squirrels living in the trees at the back of his house. He went away for a short break last week and asked me to scatter a handful of peanuts on his rear lawn each morning. By the time I had reset the alarm, relocked the house and crossed to road back to my house the little darling had nabbed the first mouthful of nuts and was on my patio burying them in my planters.
I have suggested that, in future, when my neighbour goes away and gives me have the peanuts I will just throw handfuls on to my planters myself to save the squirrels having to cross the road.
