October 23rd, 2007 at 8:06 pm I also have had problems with Satellite Assured. They conned me in the same way and when I complained they were abusive and said that I could not cancel for 12 months. I sent 2 letters by registered post, both returned (not known at this address). The addresses were taken off he warrenty certificate that they sent in the first place. I complained to Trading Standards about them. The BBC are going to do a programme about Satellite mis-selling and I am sure that the name Satellite Assured will feature.
