BBC news 24 have interviewed out PM on the situation, he says that "the world is watching". I can't see that watching and imposing sanctions are going to help the situation. That doesn't help the majority of the population.

The world is watching Zimbabwe, but that doesn't appear to be helping the humanitarian situation either.

There is no easy answer to either of the above I'm afraid
