Its not just the staff package that we get from Virgin Media, We also get a Tribe Card for discounts across the full Vigin Group (Check out

The perks arn't taxable because we pay for them just a lot lower. It used to be free but then was taxable.
And the reason companys gives perks is to attract the staff. If you've been offered a job from two companies that are similar and also pay the same. Your going to go with the one the offers the best overall package like health insurance and other perks.

Don't mention Staff accounts to me. Every time they've had to make a change on my account have they messed it up and we don't have the benifit of calling and maybe getting someone in the UK that knows what they are doing. ALL staff accounts are delt with in india.....
