very good of you to advertise this, Caspar. Not suitable for me, but hopefully it might be of interest to others.

You should speak to your HR dept to see whether they'd be prepared to pay you the equivalent of a recruitment agency's fees if you find them a suitable candidate. All companies I've worked for have offered such a scheme.
