Play TV is a new company, and, therefore has no reputation good or bad. To launch with limited details of the company and products/services available is suicide.

I believe the distance-selling laws (which apply if you order over the web or from a telesales person) apply. These laws ENFORCE a cooling-off period. So, if Play TV cause problems, you at least have something you can take them to court with.
