My God their support sucks. All that's happened for me is being told to A: Pay More. B: Write in to complain. C: Try tech support and see if they'd increase your limit.

I've talked to several people in India, the UK, and not one can help. bloody useless. On top of that, every single person had no idea about this stupid cap, and I think I just confused one poor indian guy about it.
