More like 3-500mb per film with compression.
Average mp2 avi movie is 750meg with avc it is average 400meg. I play these through a 1.5m wide projection with little / no pixelation. They will use a commercial grade compression so may be even lower.

that makes 28 Terabytes of disk storage (and that's not counting mirroring, which takes it to 56Tb of disk, and if you have a Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery site, that takes it up to 112 Terabytes).

Hardly a large amount 28tb is only £2800 worth or hard drives.
