I agree, when they claim the service works on a half meg connection speed it does make me question the picture quality of the service. However I believe BT vision made a similar claim before their service was launched a year go. i have also used the only joost which works on just under 1/2meg.

Just have a look at some of the threads here regarding messed up payments and customers ceasing payment because of lack of services - then see what happens.
It'll be yet more hassle for the consumer.
I for one will just sit back and watch to see what happens with PlayTV. If they do take off - then great - we have some competition, but from what I've read, I suspect that may not happen as quick as you / PlayTV make out.

If I sign up to their movie service I at least expect 9 streaming film channels showing the LATEST films and 70,000 ppv films availble. If they dont I will demand a refund or money back or simply cancel the direct debit. They are welcome to take me to court, and if they make false claim to the credit agancy I will sue them for defamation.
