The ofcom regulations only apply to TV broadcast and not the internet, should also be noted that the three 3g mobile service broadcasts r18 rated content which would not be allowed to be broadcasted on general TV

Looks like a beta site, note the "newsite", with many of the links on the site broken. I seen this site several years ago.
