Except, of course, their website, which was so basic as to be almost useless. I wanted to say more, but must dash - so thanks again. I won't be taking up their kind offer!

At the risk of extending this debate into hitherto untouched territory - and the risk of a hurt response from 'teaboy' - I'd like to draw readers' attention to the added problem that this company has a very poor information and backup forum for potential customers. This alone make me shy away. The website is primitive, to say the least, gives no detail on T&Cs, has no contact phone number (except to the sales team), has no clear information on what we are buying into........ The list of omissions is long. To placate 'teaboy2' I'd like to add that if this package is genuine and deliverable I'd like to buy him/her a drink - if only for giving Mr Murdoch a bloody nose. Trouble is that the Mr Ms of this world know how to hit back, and hard. Is Playtv ready for this?
