Why did you post it openly? It's a personal letter. To request help from the Staff would have been a better option, via PM, IMO.
Anyway....
It's so long that it becomes boring. Get the point made quickly. One paragraph is more than sufficient.
Call me harsh, but all i can see is that VM could possibly give you some sort of concession for the lost service. Maybe a good will gesture.
