Ad-aware SE doesn't remove it. Pest Patrol finds it but, like most free scans, wants you to "Subscribe Now" to remove it. I appreciate the full instructions for removing it the hard way somebody posted, but it it cannot be deleted from the Registry.

Does it afflict users of Virgin Media broadband only? If so, why doesn't Virgin Media do something about it? After more than a week, PC Guard can't remove it and its Spyware Centre has "No information". Whoever runs the Spyware Centre could try reading this forum, as a start. Then perhaps try finding an answer. Is this, like the premium rate helpline, another consequence of Telewest becoming Virgin Media?
