I have also been having the pigeon pp problem for a couple of weeks now. I have virgin media and the pc guard. I have been searching for a solution and have had no luck phoning virgin (they didn't know what i was talking about). I am reluctant to ring them again (25p pm). I have downloaded adware and run it is safe mode but nothing. Did anyone find a solution thats easy to do? I'm not very computer literate!
