The reason it doesn't initially show up is because the SkyDigital box encrypts the entire volume so you can't just drag and drop the MPEG files off it

As zingle said, reformatting the entire volume will solve it.

Pfff. Made the switch from Be* ADSL2+ to VM XL 20Mb due to craptacular BT phone line (only getting 10Mb due to poor line). Was it a good decision? We'll see...
