Yes, Spybot Search and destroyer is also a good one.
I tend to prefer Lavasoft's Ad-aware myself.
Spybot has a few extra features that Ad-Aware doesnt but at the end of the day they do similar jobs.

Definately agree with you about Ghost.
A good way of backing up and restoring your files, and makes re-installing everything much quicker.
