I noticed if I want to upgrade I have to take a new package to get free installation according to the website. However I have all the services broadband, telephone, XL TV package and already have 2 set top boxes. So it seems the way I read it I will be forced to have 3 boxes and be charged to upgrade and pay Â£75. With only 2 people in the house there absolute no need for 3 set top boxes.

Also if I go Vip as this is free installation will they do a swap option as its not clear the installation rules. As my working out vip would be a cheaper option if I am forced to take 3 set top charge and a Â£75 installation cost. Is this not the case for those who have already 2 boxes I will get charged Â£90 & not the designated price of Â£85 due to they wont swap. Its not really that clear on VM website.

Finally to use the extra tuners the V+ has in the box does it need a set top box for every tuner.
