The key words with ADSL are "up to". I can only get a max of 5.5Mbsp here, whereas with cable I can get... well, whatever I can get (currently 10, soon to be 20). Of course, cable is also "up to" some of the time (like the 16/20Mbps thing), but the technology (and having only 1 company involved) seems to make it much more stable.

Agreed, I live in east cleveland, and no-one around here would even consider ADSL in any form, unless ntl killed your family.

Also still 10Mbps.
