There are so many KFC imitators springing up to cater for the halaal market, especially in South London. We have chains such as Dixy, Chicken Cottage, Favourite Froed Chicken, and also independently owned franchises/sole traders.

I have had too many experiences of buying dodgy chicken from them to only visit the one or two I trust nowadays. At least (from what Ive seen anyway) the quality and the cleanliness of a KFC is pretty consistent, and the variety of food sold there is broader than that from the halaal chicken shops.

I just wish that KFC started making halaal chicken outlets, I just want to know what Im missing out on. I think it would make a lot of sense commercially too, still suprises me why none of the big chains (McDs, BK etc ) introduce halaal menus in the UK, profit increases guaranteed!
