Smile Two year old takes a 999 call
A two-year-old girl took a 999 call and helped paramedics treat her mother when she became too ill to speak.

"She answered all my questions, despite being concerned that her mum was poorly.

"She achieved something remarkable for her age and we in the control room were really impressed."

When the ambulance crew arrived, Gabriella tried to open the door for them but was too little to manage it.
