Hi Lostandconfused,
I hope you're wrong about that as it's a lot to lose. It's really a refund of being overcharged and the retentions guy said that he could put me through to customer services to have a cheque arranged there and then. However, I'd been on hold for
so long by that point I just wanted to get off the phone! Maybe this week I'll ring CS to try and arrange a refund cheque.
