it happens sometimes, for instance im also on samsung in wythenshawe, south manchester and an hour ago sci-fi (ch 135) was stuttering really badly and freezing for minutes at a time, even in and through the adverts too.

its seems to be the channel mux (there are several channels inside one mux)more than anything so thats down to the VM head-end kit or the content itself, nothing you can do to clear it, you can hope that someones monitoring the channels, see's it, and does the required resetting or whatever they can to correct it, sometime they cant do anything and its a case of wait till it clears itself......

not exactly good but thats the way it is, it doesnt happen very often but it seems to be happening more often the last few months.
