Recently I've noticed the picture has started to stutter on practically every channel & it's starting to really tick me off, I'm an ex ntl customer with a nice shiny Samsung box, before anyone suggests rebooting I've done it lots of times, twice already today with no effect.

Do I really have to phone CS or is it something I can permanently fix myself?
