I had a similarly happy experience with the installers today .. but no joy with the fault support team when I rang about the 'not subscribed' error a few hours later. (It was showing this on first install). VOD just freezes.
Tech 1: sent the box a hit, said wait 15 minutes & reset. Nothing.
Tech 2: said 'national problem' would be fixed by 7.30pm, call again if still not working.
Tech 3: said can't do anything until you've had the box 24 hours as it needs this time to register properly.
They were all friendly and helpful .. just didn't get me very far and gave different stories. Seems a common theme on this forum. At least the threads here gave me the TV remote code sequence when the V+ help screens failed.
