So a good whack sorted it?
Ive spoken to my house mate and he was watching tv last night when the sound went off and he recorded what was going on, but on playback he said the sound was back to normal, its very odd.
Ive spoken to vm on the phone and at first he tried blaming my tv, he asked had I got all my scarts plugged in correctly, i told him i dont use any its all hdmi, he then said maybe its your TV. I told him it wasnt as the previous box i had didnt do this nor did my tv so its your box it has to be. There sending someone out tomorrow, what he'll do i dont know, I'll post back with whatever he does.
