I was also billed £4.50 for Pirates of the Caribbean and to be honest since upgrading to the VIP package I cannot make any sense of my bill whatsoever and am totally fed up with calling VM to sort it out. However, strangely I also noticed that I had an 'Additional V box Upgrade Bonus' credit of £4.50. Maybe it is billed and then credited back in this really clear manner? I don't know and have given up caring.
