As expected, whjen i phoned them

1. They had never heard of the channel

2. They didnt know why it wasnt being shown as its in the same package on Sky

3. They didnt know who i should talk to and told me Sky would be the best bet

4. They put me through to disconnections and moves department. (i didnt know i was moving!!)
