"Whingers", I presume was what you meant ..A rebrand is just a badge change, takes no time at all. If you mean "re-structure", then yes, I agree it takes time, but Richard Branson said he brought the launch forward because he was "Happy with progress", words which may come back to haunt him. I also will whinge all I want, I am a VM customer!
RB being happy with progress does not mean he is finished changing things.

No. Competition is good. If one company controls the market then, regardless of whether that company is Sky, Virgin or whoever, it is bad.
